This painting uses a combination of both wet-in-wet and wet-on-dry methods to create a sky and reflection in a warm late afternoon landscape.

Palette:  Ultramarine Blue, Light Red,  Raw Sienna,  Lemon Yellow, Burnt Sienna, Vandyke Brown (Daniel Smith).  Vandyke Brown is not essential, it may be substituted with Burnt Sienna with added Ultramarine Blue.  (Most pigments are Daler Rowney Artist Quality)
Brushes:  10, 4 (all brushes are round), rigger
Paper:  Saunders Waterford NOT, 300gsm
